Hopewell Family Care is not a walk-in clinic. To request an appointment at our clinic, please call (615) 933-3633.
As our patient, you can expect to hear back from us regarding certain requests within a reasonable amount of time. For non-urgent phone calls, you can expect a call back within 24 hours. For urgent phone calls, you can expect a call back within 2 hours. For medication refills, you can expect them to be refilled within 48 hours. For paperwork, such as a letter for school or immunization records, you can expect to receive them within two weeks. For a referral, you can expect to receive one within two weeks. For an appointment for imaging, you can expect to receive one within 3 business days. For travel visit prescriptions, prescriptions will be sent within 48 hours. For billing questions and requests, you can expect to be contacted within two weeks. For prior authorizations for medications, you can expect to receive one within 4 days.
Our staff is on-call during non-clinic hours to offer care or referrals to our patients under urgent circumstances. All other visits will be scheduled during normal clinic hours or referred elsewhere.

For urgent care needs after clinic hours or before the next available appointment, we refer patients to CareNow Urgent Care with TriStar Health. The nearest location to our office is on Old Hickory Blvd beside Firehouse Subs and Qdoba. They accept BlueCare and other major health insurances. They are open Monday through Friday from 8a to 8p and Saturday and Sunday from 8a to 7p. Their services include UTIs, pink eye, skin infections, bronchitis, etc. Their services do not include sutures or imaging.
For emergency care needs, call 911 and/or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
