How long is our intake process?
While we do our best to attend to new patient inquiries, our Hopewell Family Practitioners are in high demand. Due to a high volume of interest, it takes us minimum of 60 days to respond to intake requests. At this time, we are not able to take on new patients with TennCare. If you have just had a baby, call our scheduling desk within 24 hours of giving birth. In addition, please see our New Parent section for more instructions on scheduling new baby appointments.
