As of 7/8/2026, we are on a new patient pause.

Please note:

• We are not taking any new patients with Medicare or TennCare. Patients with these insurances are required to disclose their full insurance status and cannot be self pay with our office.

• It is with great sadness that we announce that, effective August 3, 2026, we can only accept newborn appointments for babies of families who have already established care with our practice. At this time, we are not accepting newborns from new families. If your baby has already been born and your family is not currently established with Hopewell Family Care, we encourage you to seek care with another clinic until we can reopen our new patient waitlist. The form linked is for established Hopewell families only. If you are an established patient and are expecting, please click this link to notify us of your pregnancy and reserve your newborn's spot. Don’t forget to check out our Q&A for new parents.

👉 Please do not wait for an evaluation with us if you have an urgent health concern. We encourage you to seek immediate care through your primary care provider, urgent care, or emergency services as needed.
